Romlily Flowers statement on Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

As a retail business, Romlily Flowers are following Government advice and guidelines closely and taking all necessary precautions. The health and wellbeing of our employees, suppliers and customers is our main priority.

We want to re-assure all visitors to our store that we have put in place COVID-19 procedures to ensure that we can continue to safely provide flowers, plants, trees, floral accessories and consultations to all our existing and future customers. These procedures are reviewed regularly as the situation changes and we will update our communications accordingly.

If you are visiting the Romlily Store in Romiley or one of our field-based ‘pop-up shops’ we politely request that you adhere to the following:

  • Do not come into the store if you are feeling unwell in any way, including coughs and fevers. Please follow the Government advice on self-isolation;
  • Do not travel to our shop if using public transport;
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene as being advised by the Government, such as, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and water and using tissues to catch coughs and sneezes;
  • Please wear a face mask to cover your nose and mouth when entering the store;
  • Maintain social distancing (2m separation) while inside and browsing goods outside the store;
  • Follow all in-store advisory signage regarding pedestrian routes, handling product and customer occupancy limits.
